Sustainability

FAIRTRADE

Fair Trade is a trading partnership, based on dialogue, transparency and respect, that seeks greater equity in international trade. It contributes to sustainable development by offering better trading conditions to, and securing the rights of, marginalized producers and workers - especially in the South. Fair Trade organisations (backed by consumers) are engaged actively in supporting producers, awareness raising and in campaigning for changes in the rules and practice of conventional international trade.

The FAIRTRADE Label is your
independent guarantee that this
product meets international
Fairtrade standards.

COFFEE KIDS

Coffee Kids works with local organisations in Latin America to create education, health care, micro-credit, and community-based programs for coffee farmers and their families.

These efforts allow coffee farmers to reduce their dependence on the volatile coffee market and to confront the most pressing community needs, such as health, education and shelter.

Caffe L'affare is a Silver Sponsor of Coffee Kids.
